Overview
DAA dissolves nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate and many resins and evaporates slowly, improving flow and preventing blush in lacquers. It is miscible with water and most organic solvents.
It is also used in wood stains, printing inks, cleaners and as an intermediate for other chemicals.
