Overview
Ceteareth-20 and -25 are high-HLB emulsifiers for oil-in-water creams; low-mole ceteareths act as co-emulsifiers and consistency agents. They are often paired with cetostearyl alcohol.
They are supplied as waxy flakes or pastilles.
