Overview
Technical phosphoric acid goes into fertilisers, detergent phosphates, rust removers and metal phosphating that protects steel before painting. Food grade acid (E338) gives colas their tang and regulates acidity in many foods.
It is supplied at 75% and 85% concentration in technical and food grades.
