Chlorinated Paraffin

About Product

Chlorinated Paraffin is a complex mixture of polychlorinated n-alkanes used as a secondary plasticizer and flame retardant in PVC and rubber applications. It enhances flexibility, resistance to oil and chemicals, and flame retardancy in polymer formulations. With excellent compatibility, especially in combination with primary plasticizers like DOP, Chlorinated Paraffin is widely used in cable sheathing, flooring, hoses, and synthetic leather in the plastic and rubber industry.

Chemical Formula: CnH(2n+2−m)Clm (n = 10–30, m = 3–12)

Chemical Code: CAS 63449-39-8
